Belgium has three official languages and which one you need depends on where the file is going. Flanders works in Dutch, Wallonia in French, and the eastern cantons in German. A document from Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel or Jura arrives ready for Wallonia and Brussels; one from a German-speaking canton is already right for the German-speaking Community. For Flanders, a Dutch translation is required whatever the canton.
