A Czech translation is required, and Czech authorities expect it from a soudní tlumočník — a translator appointed by a regional court. The translation is physically bound to the document with a seal, which is why it has to be produced after the apostille rather than before: binding a translation to a document that later gains a new stamp defeats the purpose.
Czech offices are precise about names: a surname that appears with a Czech feminine ending in one register and without it in a Swiss document is treated as two different people. If your name has that pattern, say so at the order — it changes nothing on our side but everything on theirs, and knowing in advance saves a rejected file.
